The Moore family has been making our own maple products for over 60 years.  All of our products start with our pure maple syrup before we turn that into pure maple creme, granulated sugar, and sugar candy. From that, we make our value-added products such as maple fudge, hot cocoa, spices, nuts and cashews. For our holiday gifts, Bill makes each gift crate by hand while Joan carefully arranges all of our gift baskets and boxes. Our Maple Shack is located in Freedom, NY – we have a Christmas Open House each December and serve pancakes during the Maple season (Jan-April) every year.
