WNY’s Biggest and Best Holiday Artisan Market Celebrates 40 Years!
Get ready to experience one of Western New York’s most beloved holiday traditions! Christmas in the Country Artisan Market is celebrating its 40th anniversary at the Hamburg Fairgrounds from November 7-10, and this year’s event promises to be bigger and better than ever!
With more than 450 artisans spread across five buildings, this is your chance to discover an extraordinary selection of handcrafted, made-in-the-USA creations. From stunning home décor, unique jewelry, and aromatic candles to adorable children’s toys, stylish pottery, gourmet foods, and gifts for your pets—there’s truly something for everyone on your holiday shopping list!
Looking for something new? Nearly 40 new artisans will be joining this year’s lineup, along with your favorite returning creators. You’ll also get the chance to meet and connect with the talented makers behind these one-of-a-kind products. As Dan Kaczynski of Premier Promotions says, “We always strive to keep things fresh and exciting while preserving the traditions and artisans our guests love.”
But that’s not all! Enjoy tastings from some of the area’s finest spirits and wines, and when hunger strikes, head over to the food truck rodeo to sample an array of delicious bites.
Don’t worry about squeezing everything into one day—Christmas in the Country offers complimentary return passes, so you can come back as many times as you’d like throughout the weekend at no extra cost! “This event is too special and frankly too big to experience in just one day,” says Kaczynski, “and now our guests have the freedom to enjoy it at their own pace.”
Best of all, your visit supports a great cause! This year’s event will benefit several local nonprofit organizations, including The P.U.N.T. Foundation, Hamburg Eden Animal Rescue Team (H.E.A.R.T.), Variety – The Children’s Charity of Buffalo, and Hamburg Presbyterian Church.
Mark your calendars! Christmas in the Country runs from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Nov. 7 and 8, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Nov. 9, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Nov. 10. Discounted tickets are available from October 23 to November 6 at select locations throughout Erie County.
